Inky faceless monstrosities standing at seven feet in height, nightgaunts endlessly haunt the skies of dreams. Soaring on leathery bat wings, they seize prey in rubbery fingers and bear them away to distant and lonely places. While nightgaunts are often servants for more powerful entities many roam the nightmares of the living feeding on the fear that they can sense. In rare instances of particularly powerful and terrifying nightmares, nightgaunts are able to claw their way through into the real world, often using their victims as an unnerving and horrifying gateway.
This set consists of 5 Nightgaunts and 5 Bases and comes unassembled and unpainted. We recommend that you use superglue (following the manufacture's safety procedures) to attach the models to their bases. They have been 3D printed using a semi-rigid modelling resin. This means that the models compare favourably to the impact resistance of injection moulded model kits and are far less brittle than traditional resin 3D prints. All the models have had their supports removed and have been post cured making them ready to be glued onto the base and painted; however, if you wish to remove any additional artifacts from the manufacturing process or model and kit-bash your model, it can be cut and scraped with a craft knife just like a styrene model. If you are to sand or file the models we do recommend that you wear respiratory protection and do so in a well-ventilated area.
