We're back for a second day at UK Games Expo and would love to see you all at our stand at 2-447, where we're selling copies of our first ever 5th Edition adventure 'Escape from Fogbrooke' and a set of eerie Lovecraftian monster miniatures.
-
We'd also like to announce the store listing of our digital maps and the opening of pre-orders for the new Starspawn miniature, bringing a new immense horror to the field:
-
Immense octopic creatures writhing with mutations, the Star Spawn are the malignant offspring of the Sleeping God, Cthulhu. Scattered across the stars these grotesque creations each bear the form of their patriarch with stretching reptilian wings, gelatinous mottled green skin and a snarling maw nestled beneath a forest of curling tentacles. Whatever alien motivations drive them are unknown, as the Star Spawn appear driven only to annihilate every other form of intelligent life than themselves, leaving entire worlds silent in their wake.
-
Sometimes you want your players to fight something that looks like Cthulhu, but isn't as powerful as the Great Sleeper of the Deep. After all, it if was Cthulhu they wouldn't stand a chance. The Starspawn fills this role perfectly - a child of the monstrous octopus god it stands as a monstrous mound of gelatinous flesh stomping over the battleground. However, unlike their terrifying patriarch, the Starspawn can (in rare situations) be beaten by a group of canny and enduring adventurers!
Due to the model's size and print time we're currently accepting orders but would like to note that, dependent on numbers, first deliveries will likely begin to be sent off around the 20th of June.
-
If you need an unstoppable careening horror to chase down investigators, an immense final boss to challenge adventurers or an incredible looming set-piece for your displays, the Starspawn fills all these categories perfectly.
